Hayes Cafe Future Plans

SHORT TERM GOALS

Upgraded facilities at The Hayes Cafe with new showers, rewired electrics, and renovated spaces are now regularly used by local schools and Alvechurch FC youth teams. As part of the Hayes Cafe future plans, Birmingham City Council is working with us to develop a comprehensive sports complex to enhance community use and ensure sustainability.

MEDIUM TERM GOALS

Additionally, our submitted plans include a safer new entrance and a 146-space car park to improve access to The Hayes. A new 4G pitch and adjacent facilities, including a clubhouse and stadium stand, will be available for community and Alvechurch FC use, reflecting our Goals.

LONG TERM GOALS

Expanding our sports offerings is also a key part of our plan. We aim to include rugby and tennis and to build a community fitness centre. Future programs will focus on football training, educational courses, and international scholarships to support community development and involvement.
